AND CONDITIONS
Warranty on DENSION products: It is the intention of Dension
USA, Inc. to sell only quality products. Dension Audio Systems, LTD. offers
a 1-year warranty on Dension iceLink products against defects in workmanship
or materials, not extending to normal tear and wear. You must provide
us with a copy of your invoice as a proof of purchase. Dension USA, Inc.
will only replace or repair warranty items, purchased from Dension USA
or its authorized dealers. No refunds will be given. Dension USA, Inc.
or the product manufacturer will inspect or test all products prior to
a warranty claim adjustment. This process may take up to 6 weeks. You
must obtain an RMA number from either Customer Service or Technical Support
prior to any return. All products we offer are warranted to be free from
defects prior to installation. Any modification or improper use voids
this warranty. This warranty does not cover installation. Dension USA,
Inc. shall be the final arbitrator in interpreting the extent and remedy
of warranty.

of Dension USA, Inc. to sell only quality products. Dice Electronics,
LLC. offers a 1-year warranty on Dice integration products against defects
in workmanship or materials, not extending to normal tear and wear. You
must provide us with a copy of your invoice as a proof of purchase. Dension
USA, Inc. will only replace or repair warranty items, purchased from Dension
USA or its authorized dealers. No refunds will be given. Dension USA,
Inc. or the product manufacturer will inspect or test all products prior
to a warranty claim adjustment. This process may take up to 6 weeks. You
must obtain an RMA number from either Customer Service or Technical Support
prior to any return. All products we offer are warranted to be free from

Our Liability: Dension USA, Inc., its partners or affiliates
shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental and contingent damages
arising from, but not limited to, the sale, transportation, installation,
use or repair of its products. Dension USA, Inc. cannot guarantee a vehicle
or vehicle's electronic components to be compatible with any of its products
due to the large variation in OEM and aftermarket systems. Customer shall
be responsible in selecting a reputable installer with current liability
insurance to cover any damage that may arise through installation of Dension
USA, Inc. audio products and/or your vehicle. Dension USA, Inc.’s
listing and any recommendation of facilities shall not constitute as a
ground for any liability. Notwithstanding any other provision of this
agreement, Dension USA, Inc.’s maximum combined liability shall
be limited to the payments made by the facilitator under this agreement
for the specific product that caused the alleged damages.
Backorders: Backorders will be shipped when they become
available. Some items may require prepayment.
Special & International/Overseas Orders: Special
orders must be paid in full, in advance and are non-refundable. All payments
are made in USD. Foreign currency equivalent is determined by your creditor
or bank, and may include surcharges. Shipping charges and any special
handling charges will be added to the total. All duties and taxes applicable
on the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. You shall keep
a proof of your payment of duties and taxes and provide us with a copy
when requested. You hereby grant the right to Dension USA, Inc. to charge
any unpaid duties and taxes presented to us by the shipper, including
a $25 processing fee on your behalf.
Legal Notice: All equipment sold under the presumption
that the purchaser will use it in accordance with applicable federal and
any state laws in a manner that is safe and shall discontinue its use
as conditions warrant. Equipment shall never be installed or used in a
manner where it may interfere with safety or safety equipment. Do not
install cradle or mount in the path of the airbag system! The ice>Link
cradle can be broken with proper force, or disassembled, and components
can become loose from vibration or heat. Small components and packaging
materials may become choking hazard when handled by children!

Dension USA, Inc. highly recommends professional installation by a qualified
automotive electrician or technician. Please review support documentation
available at http://helpdesk.densionusa.com prior to calling us. Phone
support assumes basic installer knowledge, and is limited to 5 minutes
per call.
Dispute resolution: Dension USA, Inc. agrees to provide
all reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies, and you
agree to contact us via our Customer Care toll-free number within 48 hours
of any dispute. You also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized
User or the Cardholder will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure
with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without obtaining a special confirmation
number from us to verify that you provided us with the opportunity to
resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were unable to provide a resolution.
Signature Required: For your protection, carriers require
signature upon delivery. Dension USA, Inc. is not responsible for loss
of merchandise if a signature waiver is on file or if packages are left
unattended on delivery.
Damaged Items: Inspect your parcel carefully. If you
receive an item damaged, notify the delivery company immediately (for
FedEx call 1-800-GO-FEDEX, for UPS call 1-800-PICK-UPS). Do not discard
any of the box, shipping label, packing material, or broken items. The
delivery company must pickup the damaged goods and provide you with a
claim number. You may provide us the claim number so we can follow up
on the claim status – this may take up to several weeks. We are
unable to send our replacement items until the claim is approved, or a
payment is made for the 2nd shipment. We will issue a refund to your account
promptly upon receiving reimbursement from the shipper.
Returns and exchanges on DENSION and Dice Electronics products:
To return an item you must notify us within fifteen (15) days of receipt
of your order to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
Dension USA, Inc. cannot accept packages without an RMA number. RMA must
be clearly marked on the outside of the box. The product must be received
by us, in original condition, with a full description of why the merchandise
was returned, with respect to the product(s) within ten (10) working days
of the notification. We will refund your merchandise purchase price, less
shipping, and a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept merchandise returned
COD or returned without an RMA number. All parts returned must be in original
condition and in resalable condition in the original packaging. You must
use a insured carrier service with a tracking number. Please provide us
with return information when available. Refunds should appear typically
within 2-3 billing cycle on your credit card statement. Returning a product
without an RMA waives our responsibility of having to issue a refund,
even if proof of delivery is available, due to our inability to match
your purchase with the return; consequently leading to your loss of both
the merchandise and any refund.
Delinquent returns: Items returned after 14 days may
be subject to a 50% return fee. You must fax or send us a copy of your
invoice, prior to returning the item. All refunds are then subject to
inspection of the item. Special orders, group buys, or closeout items
are not returnable. Items purchased over 30 days are not returnable. Regardless
of circumstances, Dension USA, Inc. feels this is adequate time to verify
fitment.
Apple iPod special terms: Dension USA, Inc. does not
accept any returns on Apple iPod players. Dension USA, Inc. is an authorized
Apple iPod reseller. If your iPod is defective or malfunctioning, you
should contact Apple customer service directly. Dension USA, Inc. does
not warrant any Apple iPod player returns. If you purchased an iPod +
ice>Link bundle from Denson USA, Inc., and for any reason you would
like to receive a refund on your purchase, we will only be able to refund
the ice>Link portion of the purchase, and you will loose any discount
given as a result of the bundle purchase.
Other 3rd party products or services: Dension USA, Inc.
sells valuable merchandise provided by a 3rd party for the benefit of
its customers. Such items may be shipped from a different warehousing
location, and may arrive in a separate package. Availability of such items
may be limited; items may be backordered from time to time. Please contact
our customer service if you fail to receive such items in a timely manner.
For any shipping damages, please follow the guidelines above.

selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement

and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and
unfair competition laws. Except as expressly provided in these conditions,
no part of the website and/or Content may be copied, reproduced, republished,

or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other
computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution
or for any commercial enterprise, without Dension USA's express prior
written consent.
